In Loving Memory of John & Betty Brose
The Brose Education Foundation was founded in 2021 in loving memory of John and Betty Brose. Both John and Betty were educators for over 40 years and took pride in helping others by always being active in their community. Their children and grandchildren wanted their legacy to live on through their education foundation. Their goal is to continue to support all different types of communities by encouraging students to follow their dreams through financial support.

Bob loves tennis and works in the dairy industry! He loves spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Hello, We are the Johnson family. I am John and Betty Brose's daughter. Darin and Betty continue to enjoy their grandchildren (picture from left to right. Hillary Rose, Harper Rose, Claire Elizabeth, Ayla Lucille, Adelynn Rose, Tommy Doyle, Hoyt James. EIGHT IS GREAT). Betty recently retired after 40+ years in the Medical Field. Register Nurse has been a fulfilling career and helping the medically needy has been equally fulfilling. I love to help others.  I have also been doing a lot of cooking and baking to give to others. Spending time with family is my favorite pass time. I also love gardening, canning, and fishing. Darin continues to work part time remodeling and building homes. Darin is never idle at home and helping others. We have three dogs Doo – 2-year-old yellow Lab, Pretzel – 2-year-old Yorkie, and Pepper – 15-year-old Yorkie. They keep us very busy!!! Enjoying life!

Hello, We are the Jacobson family, Nolan and I both work corporate jobs and we have three kids, Corbet, London and Teagan. We live in Minnetonka, Mn and love watching our children play sports and being outside as much as the Minnesota weather allows us. Our family loves golf, tennis and soccer. We are thankful for our family, friends and our community.
CLEMENTS (BRIEANNA) FAMILY

We are the Clements family. Eric and Brie live in Bloomington, MN and have a ShihTzu toy poodle dog named Winston. Eric is a general manager at a restaurant in the cities and Brie works at a software company. They love traveling, enjoying a good glass of wine and making fermented foods.

Hiyaaa I am Captain Wells Brose. Grandson of John and Betty Brose and son of Robert Brose. My sisters are Des, Brie and Chantal. I currently run a charter boat company called the Paddletap. Most of my summer is taken up with running the Paddletap, but in the off seasons I enjoy playing sports, being on the water, and going on adventures. I travel more than the average guy and love going on new experiences. Fun fact about me is that I can have a very THICK Minnesotan accent. My favorite memory of my grandparents is going up to their cabin and fishing with Grandpa and Grandma. UFF DAA

Hi ya! I'm Chantal, Granddaughter of John and Betty Brose. Daughter to Bob Brose! My boyfriend, dog and I live in California. I work as a kayak guide, and crew on 2 boats in the Santa Barbara Harbor. In my spare time I volunteer at CIMWI (channel islands marine and wildlife institute) working in the rehabilitation center with seals!

Hello, We are the Johnson Family. Renee and I live in Stewartville, MN and have three girls Adelynn Ayla and Claire. We both work for Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. We enjoy our time with family, friends, traveling, at the cabin, being outdoors and playing sports.
BURT (JESSICA) FAMILY

Hello, we are the Burt Family. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my family. My husband and I both grew up and currently live in southeastern Minnesota. I am a first-grade teacher, and my husband is a heavy machine operator for a construction company. We have three children: Hillary, Hoyt, and Harper. My grandparents, John and Betty, taught us how important family is. Spending quality time with our family and friends is extremely important to us. We enjoy basketball, golf, swimming, boating, fishing, and hunting. We live in a great community, and we try to volunteer to help others and our community often!

John is working for Rochester Plumbing & Heating. Brittainy stays busy going back to school for her bachelor’s degree while working as an RN on Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic. Tommy is 2.5 years old. He’s full of sass and spunk, but truly makes our days brighter. Sommer is going to be 9 months old and is on the move. She’s our little red-headed spitfire, but she also has the sweetest side to her.
